This collection includes research material generated by study of the Edgar Cayce readings from 1948 to the present day, including the records of the Archaeological, Chiropractic, Medical, and Osteopathic Research Divisions of the E.C.F.

Biographical / Historical

The Edgar Cayce Foundation was chartered in February of 1948 to preserve and make accessible the Edgar Cayce Readings and related historical records. The original E.C.F. office and records storage was located at Edgar Cayce's home in Virginia Beach, VA. The records were transferred to the Cayce Hospital building in 1956, to the A.R.E. Library/Conference Center in 1975, and to the DeLaski Education Center from 2012-2014. This collection includes the research material generated by study of the readings from 1948 to the present day.
